This information is not collected to be associated with specific Users, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow Users to be identified.
Such data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning. No data deriving from the Site is communicated to third parties or disseminated, except as permitted by law. Personal data is processed by automated or paper-based means for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of personal data through specific forms within the Site, or through the email addresses indicated on the Site, entails the acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond, as well as any other personal data included in the form or message.
The Controller will use the data voluntarily provided by the User to fulfill their requests. The User is not required to provide their personal data; however, in case of refusal, the Controller may not be able to fulfill their requests.
For the purposes described in this notice and to the extent strictly necessary, the data will be processed by the Controller and by its employees, collaborators, and/or specifically appointed persons. Without prejudice to specific legal obligations, the data will not be communicated to third parties and is not intended for dissemination.

Cookies (small text files that the visited site sends to your device, where they are then stored to be retransmitted to the same site on the next visit) can be permanent or session, "First party" (site or domain of origin) or "Third party" (from third parties).
Technical cookies are used as a necessary tool for carrying out certain services functional to the improvement of individual aspects of the website.
Pursuant to art. 122 of the Privacy Code, consent from the data subject is not required for technical cookies, as their use is limited to technical storage or access to information already stored, and they are "solely intended to carry out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such service."

Google uses this information to evaluate the use of the Site by the User and to provide reports useful to the Controller to provide services increasingly tailored to the User's preferences. This information may be transmitted by Google, in accordance with its data processing policy, to third parties where required by law or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.
